Hi, I've managed to get my hands on Grand Theft Auto Vice City for Android quite early (don't ask where because I won't tell you). I have tested this game in various ways, e.g Overclocking GPU and CPU, Chainfire3D and more tools. I have concluded that a phone/tablet with this hardware will do fine while playing this game:
Minimum System Requirement: For ANDRIOD
1 Ghz Single-Core CPU.
512 MB RAM (May run on 384 MB but not tested)
Adreno 205 GPU or equivalent
Needs 1.38 Gb on MicroSD at least...
Recommended System Requirement:
Dual-Core 1 Ghz CPU or 1.2 Ghz Single-Core CPU (More if other programs are open)
512 MB RAM, 1 GB if other programs are open
Adreno 220 GPU or equivalent.

Needs 1.38 Gb on MicroSD at least.
